环滇骑迹 [2] 石龙坝水电站

<p>去「石龙坝水电站」的路基本等于没路。老安晋线 S215 被重车碾压的不成样子，到了水电站的岔口，只有一个年久失修，几近剥落的路牌，道路更变为了有假包换的乡间土路，若不是 GPS 定位，几近怀疑走错。真想问问中国这帮官僚们：该讲排场的时候，排场哪里去了！？</p>
