关于做好2026-2027学年第一学期研究生学期注册工作的通知

text-indent: 2em;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';"><strong>一、学期电子注册开放</strong><strong>时间</strong></span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">8月24日- 9月6日，学生、班主任和导师可登录研究生综合服务平台进行相关操作。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">超过基本学习年限的研究生完成学期电子注册后，带一卡通到一卡通自助服务机上续卡（咨询电话63600800）。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';"><strong>二、研究生证注册时间</strong><strong>地点</strong></span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">各培养单位自行指定研究生证注册时间地点，并在研究生综合服务平台上发布，研究生按时前往，在研究生证上加盖注册章。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';"><strong>三、注册对象</strong></span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">我校在籍研究生均应按时完成注册，包括2019-2025级博士生和2022-2025级硕士生。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">无需注册对象：</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">1.&nbsp;处于保留入学资格、休学、保留学籍期间的研究生无需注册，办理入学、复学、恢复学籍手续后由研究生院直接予以当前学期注册。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">2.&nbsp;2026级研究生新生在完成报到手续后即同时完成本次学期注册，新生无需个人申请。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">3.&nbsp;超过最长学习年限的研究生不予注册，应办理退学离校手续终止学籍。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';"><strong>四、注册流程</strong></span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">1.&nbsp;每次学期注册时，研究生应核对、更新个人信息，向学校提供有效的手机号码、电子邮箱、家庭电话和地址等，学校将其作为研究生本人声明和指定的联系方式。学校有关通知只要确认已按该联系方式发出，视为送达。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">2.&nbsp;正常在学且符合注册条件的研究生，在注册开放期间登录研究生综合服务平台，在“我的注册”模块里申请注册，导师或班主任在平台上点击“确认注册”后即完成电子注册。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">3.&nbsp;研究生从开学日起请假2周以内的，在注册开放期间登录研究生综合服务平台,&nbsp;从“我的注册”模块进入申请注册页面，注册类型选择“请假”，并填写事由和预计返校日期。导师或班主任在平台上点击“准假”后可延长注册时间。研究生按时返校后，导师或班主任在平台上点击“销假”即完成电子注册。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">4.&nbsp;研究生从开学日起请假2周以上6周以内或不满足其他注册必要条件的，应当办理暂缓注册手续。研究生在注册开放期间登录研究生综合服务平台，从“我的注册”模块进入申请注册页面，注册类型选择&nbsp;“暂缓注册”。导师或班主任、研究生院在平台上审核同意后即完成暂缓注册手续。暂缓注册期间视为未注册，不享有在校生各项待遇。暂缓注册期满前，研究生按时返校且已满足注册条件的提交纸质《研究生恢复注册申请表》至研究生院后予以当前学期注册。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">5.&nbsp;学期电子注册截止后两周内（9月7日至9月20日），各培养单位统计注册数据，核实未注册人员情况。对实属疏漏的，研究生本人下载打印《研究生补注册申请表》，经导师或班主任、培养单位注册负责人签字同意后，交注册联系人在平台上予以补注册。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">6.&nbsp;9月24日前，各培养单位向研究生院提交《学期电子注册统计表》及《未注册研究生名单及拟处理意见》。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';"><strong>五、未能注册</strong></span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">1.&nbsp;研究生不能如期注册，且预计短期内不能返校学习或满足注册必要条件，应办理休学或保留学籍手续。研究生提交《研究生休学、保留学籍申请表》，经导师或班主任、培养单位分管领导书面同意，交研究生院审批后办理。处于休学或保留学籍期间无须办理学期注册，办理复学或恢复学籍手续同时予以当前学期注册。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">2.&nbsp;除因不可抗力等正当事由外，研究生超过注册期限或请假期限两周以上未注册，次月起各种奖助学金停止发放，学校可按程序予以退学处理。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: '宋体';">3.&nbsp;被批准暂缓注册的研究生超过暂缓注册期限两周以上，如仍未满足正常注册条件，或已满足正常注册条件但未申请注册，学校可按程序予以退学处理。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 3; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 3;"><span style="font-family: '宋体'; font-size: 18px;">每个项目可设1—2名校内指导教师，立项后由项目组结合项目实际需求，自主确定是否设置指导教师。第一指导教师应为中国科大在职教职工，并具备承担校内经费管理、资产管理和项目监督职责的相应资格。指导教师主要负责专业指导、资源协调、经费和资产合规管理协助以及项目风险监督，但项目的提出、实施、团队运行和日常管理应由学生团队主导。</span></p> <p style="padding: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 3;"><span style="font-family: '宋体'; font-size: 18px;">项目所涉及的知识产权、技术来源和成果归属应清晰。使用实验室成果、导师课题成果、学校职务科技成果、第三方技术、开源软件或其他受知识产权保护内容的，应事先取得相应授权或书面同意。项目团队应就成员分工、既有知识产权、项目实施过程中形成的成果（知识产权除外）、后续成果使用方式及未来收益分配等事项形成书面约定。项目实施过程中形成的知识产权，包括但不限于发明专利、实用新型专利、计算机软件著作权，权属均归中国科学技术大学所有。若需开展科技成果转化，应严格遵照学校有关管理规定及审批流程办理。</span></p> <p style="padding: 0px; font-size: 24px;">8、由于学校校区较多且部分校区距离较远，请大家选课前务必注意自己所在校区与开课校区间的交通问题。住在苏州研究院、融合学院和高新校区的学生，请选自己属地开设的课程，校本部的学生也不要选择在苏州研究院和融合学院开设的课程。同一个半天的课程最好在同一个校区完成，选择非自己所在校区的课程，请留足交通时间。东区、西区、北区、中区、太湖路校区彼此距离较近，与高新校区间距离较远。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 2; Within three weeks of the beginning of a course, students who need to withdraw the course shall fill in the Graduate Student Course Withdrawal Form (which you can download from the website of Graduate School), approved by the supervisor and head of school department and then go to the course’s department to handle the relevant procedures. <span style="color: #e03e2d;">Three weeks after the beginning of a course, graduate students are not allowed to withdraw it.</span></span></p> <p style="line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 22px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Students who have completed the course selection procedures shall attend all aspects of the course. Those who fail to attend the course or the exam without special reason will be treated as absenteeism. For those who indeed need to request leave due to special circumstances, a formal statement detailing the situation-signed by the supervisor and affixed with the official seal of the training institution-must be submitted. The leave application shall be processed only upon the approval of the course instructor, and retroactively applying for leave after the conclusion of the class on the day of absence is strictly prohibited.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 22px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">4. As there are more than one campus and some campuses are separated with distance, please pay attention to the traffic issue among campuses before selecting courses. Students who live in Suzhou Institute for Advanced Research, Ustc Shanghai Institute For Advanced Studies and other research institutes, are recommended to select courses of their own institutes. Students who live in the main campus are suggested not to choose courses from above institutes neither. It is best to complete the same half-day course in the same campus. If you choose courses taught in other campuses than where you live, please leave enough time for transportation. The East Campus, West Campus, North Campus ,Central Campus and TaiHuLu Campus are relatively close to each other, while far away from to the campus in New &amp; High Technology Industrial Development Zone.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 22px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">5. 2026年夏季学期研究生网上选课须知

As there are more than one campus and some campuses are separated with distance, please pay attention to the traffic issue among campuses before selecting courses. Students who live in Suzhou Institute for Advanced Research, Ustc Shanghai Institute For Advanced Studies and other research institutes, are recommended to select courses of their own institutes. Students who live in the main campus are suggested not to choose courses from above institutes neither. It is best to complete the same half-day course in the same campus. If you choose courses taught in other campuses than where you live, please leave enough time for transportation. 关于学科交叉人才培养专项申报的通知

关于做好2026年度中国科学技术大学“中国科学院优秀博士学位论文”初选校内推荐工作的通知
