<h2 id="passage-1">passage 1</h2> <p>我觉得可能需要先再为我自己明确一下写这些文章的目的. 这些文章的意义是首先梳理自己成长到现在阶段, 一些符合逻辑的想法和观念, 写下来以明确或强化. 并且反思不足, 最后写出来明年要做的目标. 而不是类似于自擂 . 没有说教, 也没有长篇幅的讲解, 只是写给自己的沉思录或者分享一些思考. 随着年龄和能力的增长, 可以胜任和完成的事情会越来越多, 而可贵之处在于, 忘记过去我所成就的, 聚焦在我未来需要的完成的和我所不能的, 并且保持谦卑和正直. 在有质量的活着的 100 年.</p> <h2 id="passage-2---我和我与我以及我">passage 2 - 我和我与我以及我</h2> <p>过去的一年里, 大多数时候是沮丧的, 都在和自己搏斗, 就像过去无数次的学习过程中一样, 比方说每次喜欢给自己定一个比方说 150% 的目标, 然后自己骗自己这是 100% 的目标,然后完不成就很沮丧, 这不是什么很厉害的事情, 从一个一个的沮丧中走过, 现在知道这样叫做用力过猛, 虽然这也是所谓自己的组成部分, 从一个泥地到另一个泥地, 稚嫩的在泥地里挣扎, 都是必须经历和组成的一部分, 现在的我是无数个泥地里挣扎打滚的狼狈的自己所组 …</p>

<h1 id="2023-2024">2023->2024</h1> <p>[TOC]</p> <p>这篇年度总结, 因为计划的工作上的一些变动, 所以 delay 到现在才发(其实是现在才写:)).</p> <h2 id="师傅--追逐的幻影--与-妄想">师傅 , 追逐的幻影 , 与妄想</h2> <p>笔者在毕业后的这几年, 选择公司的时候, 大多只看直属 Leader. 直属 Leader 的言行是否适合笔者的向往, 是否符合笔者的价值观. 现在回想起来, 仿佛就像看着师傅一样, 会去思考很多, 师傅为什么这么做, 师傅为什么那么做, 久而久之确实学到很多东西, 然后也对师傅越来越倾佩.</p> <p>不过往往在要离职的时候, 会有一种梦醒时分的感觉. 这颗天上挂着的星星, 好像似乎没有那么亮, 那么的洁白无瑕. 所以, 我真的倾佩的是这个人么? 还是说我倾佩的, 我所追逐的, 所向往的, 仅仅是我幻想出来的一个幻影: 基于这个人所打造的幻影.</p> <p>我追逐的只是我的想象, 我头脑中的幻象. 这个幻影和自己的纯粹幻想不同, 由于这个幻象是基于真实的人, 并且除了这个人的优点, 这个幻象还拥有我很多想象的优点.并且和这个幻象互动的时候, 由于是和真实的人在交互, 所以这个幻象会一直和我交互, 乐此不疲.</p> <p>认识到这一点之后, 那 …</p>
