如果旧版页面原来就（因为粉丝数限制）传不了分P的话，显示出的增加分P按钮也只能看看，需要用手机端/投稿工具来增加分P容量，不知道是哪个天才想出来的分P容量这个东西。

原理是给 Vuex 上了 hook，之前想在网页上模拟投稿工具/移动端协议的，但还是放弃了//
